  • First-time I contacted Loe's for a washing machine repair and so glad I did. They got a little information from me about the symptoms, and then gave me enough info to actually make the simple repair myself (agitator dogs). Customer service first, so rare to see these days and such a pleasant surprise. I have their number on my fridge for next time I need a repair! Paul P
