  • For the record I was prompted to review this business mainly for the serviced received with our online purchase - the "bleh" service continued into the store where I hoped my husband would get better luck but didn't. My husband ordered a watch online along with chalk balls. The chalk balls arrived and a week later, still no watch or confirmation of shipment. He called and they provided a tracking number for the watch. Funny how the order happened to be shipped AFTER he made the phone call and it was over-nighted. When we opened the package it was the WRONG WATCH in a package with the same sku. Maybe it a different model of the same line?? Not sure. But the condition of the watch was more than worn - it was either used or badly handled in store on display. I told him to check the store to see if they had the watch he wanted or maybe just get a refund since the service was so bad already - we should just take our money elsewhere. When he showed them the watch the clerk called out a manager who DID NOT SAY A WORD and just processed a refund. This behavior seemed to treat my husband as if he was in the wrong - my husband felt like they treated him as if he was doing a shady return and switched out the watch to do a shady return for his money back. My husband frequents this store and the staff is usually accommodating and friendly but this incident will turn us away unless we really need something from this store.
