I always thought facials are supposed to be relaxing. This place used high pressure sales after the facial to get me to buy product. The funny part was when the esthetician was trying to do her sales pitch the owner was at the front desk and I could tell she was so nervous to be giving her pitch in front of him almost as if she was glancing at him to make sure she was getting it right. The facial was ok but the set up of this place is very "chop shoppy" it's a row of rooms with drapes closing off each room. No privacy whatsoever. I was listening to the woman in the next room getting a facial going on and on about her taxes and her kids (ANNOYING). I guess you get what you pay for and for a $49 first time customer facial I DEF got what I paid for. The owner is not warm or personable to boot.
