  • Recently purchased a sofa and loveseat at rc willey. Both pieces were delivered damaged. Damaged and the someone used a Magic marker to cover it up, so I know someone was aware of it before it was delivered. While going over the loveseat I noticed scratches on the back of it. I had noticed that the back if the love seat did not look even so I took a closer look and one of the backs wasn't attached properly. Every contact with customer service has been less the positive. Finally have had enough apparently they do not value my business. I am returning both pieces.
