There is a recall on my Corvette and so I called Van Chevrolet for an appointment. They said they did not have the part for the recall but would call me when it came in. I waited over a month with no call back. I phoned Van Chevrolet and asked to speak with the general manager. He was not available so I ask to have him return my call. He never returned my call.
After waiting two more weeks I decided to follow up with the national Chevrolet Customer Assistance Center at 800 222-1020. They tried to call Van Chevrolet and also had problems getting through. The phone just rings and rings and no one picks up. I opened a case with Chevrolet to resolve my problems. Meanwhile, my car still isn't fixed. I was going to write a letter to the general manager at Van Chevrolet but then I saw Alex N.'s yelp review where he says he never got a response to his letter so I didn't bother. You have been warned: DO NOT USE THIS DEALER THEY ARE TERRIBLE. Their poor rating on Yelp confirms my feeling about this dealership. Seems lots of people have had the same bad experience as me
