  • Let me just say CRLV deserves all the 5-star reviews you see! (I was skeptical, but I found CRLV to be the real deal! I really needed a reliable computer services company right away -- that's always the way, right? You never need computer repair until you need it RIGHT AWAY!) So here's my story. I was truly in trouble and Adam and DJ came to the rescue -- twice in 3 days. Most important, I was up against a tough deadline, and my laptop had just died. We had a new machine (with accessories) sent out overnight by Amazon, but needed a quick set-up. DJ came out to the house and did the whole thing the next day (in under 90 mins). I made my deadlines and the company was so impressed. And then, did I mention they also fixed my dead laptop. They diagnosed I needed a new motherboard. While they couldn't guarantee that would do the trick, they felt 95% sure that's all it needed. Sure enough, they were right -- my 4 yr old laptop is as good as new (maybe better) and all for $160. Now I have a great new set-up AND a backup laptop I really like. Next time I'm in trouble, I'm calling Adam and DJ. They really care about the customer and won't give you BS or rip you off. CRLV rocks!
