  • This apartment complex is just OK at best. The new management is much worst than the last management team. They make rules and they do not enforce them. The gates have been left open and not fixed for over a week now. In accordance with their rules pool and picnic areas are not supposed to be used after dark but almost every night people are partying all night and from time to time security guy joins them rather than stopping them. Dogs are supposed to be on leash at all times but a third are not and staff does not care to stop them. All dog owners suppose to pick up after their dogs but the staff see them that they are not following the rules but they do not say anything. As soon as my lease is over I will move out and go somewhere that the management want to do good for the renters while doing good for the owners.
