  • Terrible service. Shuttle to the airport was 40 minutes late and the front desk manager refused to do anything to accommodate guests who were going to miss their flights. Also, the HVAC in the room was terrible. It either had to run constantly (so it was too hot) or had to be shut off (so it was too cold).
