  • My friend bought the movember limited edition cake and pink lady cake as a surprise gift! It's the most lovely surprise and the best introduction to butter avenue ever! The bag to hold the box, the box itself, are both very pretty! The unwrapping of the box is the best part, as the box is held together by a white wire, neat! The cakes are stuck to the bottom of the box to keep the positioning. The cakes are so tasty! Before I've always loved the la rocca individual cakes from longo's as a treat to reward a hard day, but these butter avenue cakes topped my expectation! The cakes are not too sweet and super flavourful! Especially the movember cake has hazelnut cream on top of coffee cream, this is like a total dream! The pink lady cake is also phenomenal, the different layers and layers of earl grey flavour and raspberry mini macaron just blend together so smoothly! Thanks butter avenue for such an awesome cake experience, and I can't wait to visit the store in person in two weeks time!
