My buying experience was actually nice, until I found out I was being lied to during the sale. Most of what I was told was untrue, the worst being the Wing Package I was promised after the sale. I was even given the "We Owe You" slip to receive it.
After a month worth of calls to the sales person, managers and the service department no one would return my calls. Today a customer service woman called me to say that there is no such thing as a wing package for my car.
She offered to have one of the managers call me back to explain. Do any of you think they are going to call me back? I am not going to hold my breath.
What I have learned is that lying comes naturally to Larry Miller employees.
