  • Very pleased with my experience with Alan @ Best Mattress. We were looking to upgrade to a King size mattress from out Queen size, but did not want to give up our old bed (it would be moved to the guest bedroom). Alan told me he wanted to earn my business, and would give me the $150 "trade in discount" on top of the sale price, and I'd still keep my old bed anyway! He asked what kind of softness my husband and I were looking for and steered us to a few models that weren't outrageously priced to see if we liked them. We got the perfect mattress with box springs for WAAAY less than I anticipated, and Alan gave us a half off the frame support and waived delivery. I feel confident with their 120 day sleep guarantee, and I like the company is locally owned. I had bought previous mattresses at Mattress Firm, and felt like they were pushing more expensive models on us-- that is not the case @ Best Mattress!
