Apparently the repair costs are on a siding scale. Felt like buying a used car. Despite some of the negative reviews, I brought my phone here to have the screen replaced. Yelp directed me to a Groupon discount which provided incentive. The tech at the counter quoted me the repair fee and then offered an extra service (replace home button) as a bonus. When I returned to pick up the phone, additional repairs were needed but he could do them at cost??!! I reluctantly agreed. When it was time to pay and I mentioned the Groupon deal, he was clearly annoyed and told me that I should have mentioned that in the beginning. Is pricing that flexible that a Groupon would have changed the cost of additional repairs? When you leave a business you should feel that you received good service at a fair price. Not the case here.
