  • I've had Sparkletts for at least five years, and apparently location, location, location matters. I lived near Henderson and the service was exceptional. May 1, 2016 I moved to North Las Vegas and it's like two different companies. Didn't received any water, was told I couldn't request water outside of my scheduled deliveries, which is a lie. Cancelled the service, and no one showed up to collect the cooler and empty water bottle. I finally called Sparkletts to get an address, so I can drop the equipment off myself. Truly disappointing...
