  • I initially wanted to try their original cheesecake, but after seeing the long line, I opted for the matcha one instead. The location is next door, and it offers matcha ice-cream & madeleines as well. I found the matcha cheesecake to be average. Despite being light & airy, the flavor wasn't strong and it was a bit too moist (almost like a compacted mousse). So it was a lot better after chilling it in the fridge; the matcha stood out a bit more, and the texture became more dense.
