  • I have been here since 2017. I recommended 2 friends to come up and try it out. Paul the manager at the time told my 1st friend that the heavy bags were not included in the weights only price which was not true. Then my 2nd friend, told her that she had a 10 day grace period to decide on whether to continue with the membership. I was present for this situation. They were both lied to by Paul. Now the new manager says there is nothing that can be done. But the new manager is saying nothing can be done. This is the location on Thunderbird and Tatum. Not only will I never recommend anyone to there unethical way of doing business but, I will cancel after my year. Since I have been there they have run through 5 managers.I have never been this disappointed and embarrassed by a company.
