  • Bikram is more than just exercise, and I recommend everyone give it a go, whether or not it's through BYAZ. Having never been to any other yoga studio I cannot say I have much to compare to. However, the price is reasonable, relatively speaking, I love most of the instructors, and most important, I feel welcomed and comfortable at the PV and Old Town locations. It is saying something that I have never been tempted to a membership in anything, and after 1 class (nearly a year ago), I was ready to sign up! My only negative comment is that they have changed the late classes at the old town studio to one hour classes. It doesn't seem fair to the people that work early and cannot make it to any other class to now not be able to get the 90minutes in at a reasonable time. I hate staying until 9 at night when I have to get up in the morning, so the 730 class is not always a good option. Anyway, this is beside the point, but maybe I'm hoping the studio will read my comments and consider changing an earlier class!
