  • The worst customer service ever! The tech as rude and condescending. My home warranty referred me to them for my water heater. The came out looked at it and pressed a button and then told me that I had to purchase a control box from the maker of the water heater. Call them back, pay another $100 and then they would install. The worst dishonest company ever!
