  • I've been to this place dozens of times- sometimes just to drink and sometimes for the food. Service is consistently terrible. Last time I was there, I ended up with food poisoning a few hours after eating the buffalo chicken pizza. I have always loved their food, so I decided to give it another try. My grandmother and I went for lunch today and had to wait for the host to finish his text before he would look up and greet us. Once seated, we waited a good 10 minutes without a greeting for our waitress to come over. There were about 4 other tables total in the entire place, and I counted at least 3 servers as well as a bartender, so there should have been no reason for such a delay. As we waited, the bartender was loud, talking about how drunk she was going to get that day, and swearing in every sentence. This was at noon on a Tuesday and my grandmother was very offended. Our food took probably 20 minutes to come out (Mac and cheese and a prime rib sandwich) but both were very tasty. We never were able to get refills on our drinks and we didn't see the waitress (Brittany S, I believe) until it was time for the check. Once we finally got our check and waited another 10 minutes for the waitress to come take our payment, I realized that there were about 8 extra charges on our bill! They totaled an extra 15$ and I'm glad I caught it, as my grandmother probably would not have. I pointed it out to another waitress because ours was nowhere to be found. She immediately got our server, who blamed it on "the immature guys in the back." I feel he situation was handled poorly and got an overall bad feeling about the place as a whole. A quick lunch turned into an almost two hour ordeal. I definitely will not be returning.
