  • I wish I had nothing but good things to say about this place like the other reviews however, my experience was not at all convenient and strictly about the staff rather than the actual Dr. I found this place on yelp and because of all the good reviews, I was super excited to find a good place that I could take my kids to since we moved from California. I called Tuesday morning, I told the receptionist I needed to make a new appointment for a new patient and she transferred me to a voicemail (didn't even ask me to hold or even tell me she was transferring me she just transferred) I left a voice mail and got a call the following day. The woman I spoke with "Maria" had very little to no sense of humor. Definitely not a people person, she takes my son's name, date of birth and insurance info and says she sees his insurance is active but will call me back to set up the appointment. She calls me back at the end of the day and leaves a voicemail saying "I can't schedule your son because we are too busy" ummmmmm really? Wow!!!!where are these people's work ethics? How about "there's a waiting list" or "I'm sorry for the inconvenience " or even "I'll hold on to your information and let you know as soon as something is available " definitely not what I was expecting.
