  • Excellent service! Called late Friday because I saw wasps nearby. The office manager gal was calming and gave me a rough quote over the phone. It was a non-emergency so they sent their tech out on Monday; they called when they were on their way. Romie arrived and was neat and professional. Very polished, you would never guess he was busy trapping insects all day! He walked around my property and pointed out a few things, gave me a lesson in WASP 101 (evem showing me nests out of his trunk), and gave me a few tips wasp that were "scouting" near my house. It was an awesome educational lesson! There was no service charge since he did not remove anything. 100% I will be using them in the future (if needed).
