All the major appliances are here, and the prices are excellent (I have not seen lower anywhere else). However, I would say the customer service leaves a bit to be desired. The sales people seem like they don't work on commission, as they don't seem to be trying very hard to help you, and when you call customer service, no one answers the phone (and I've tried calling a number of times). When the delivery people call you to schedule the delivery, they seem confused and can't answer your questions. The delivery people seem a little clueless as well. It just seems like everyone who works here is half asleep. In any case, I finally had my new fridge delivered and it was fine, but I found out I needed a refund of $90 as I did not need the fridge doors to be removed for the delivery. I tried calling customer service and have left 2 messages, and no one has gotten back to me.
