  • I usually go to the Tempe location but was doing a fasting test and they didn't have any morning appointments available for weeks. I arrived just after 10 for my 10:15 appointment- 3 hour fasting glucose test. After checking in it was almost 30 minutes before I was called to the front desk to give them my insurance. By the time I was called back for my first blood draw it was 10:45. Ridiculous in my opinion to make a 6 month pregnant patient wait so long after a scheduled appointment when they're fasting! The tech I had for my first three blood draws was Syed- he was very nice and told me that I needed to keep track of my blood draw times because the front desk can sometimes forget... I had to tell the front desk every hour for three hours when it was time to do my next draw. Super unprofessional! My last draw I told them 2 minutes past the time they were supposed to take it, I wasn't taken back for another 15 minutes afterwards! So my last draw was done 20 minutes later than it was supposed to be. I hope this doesn't effect my results. The waiting room was hot and stuffy and the place was insanely packed. The front desk seemed incredibly disorganized. Next time I'll wait longer for an appointment and stick to the Tempe location.
