| - I can't believe how they have ruined my lawn.
My wife purchased the lawn service from them because of my hectic work schedule. We have always done our own lawn fertilization and weed control and have had the nicest lawn on our street. Now it is full of weeds and looks horrible.
I was excited to have them as our lawn servicer because of the ads that they had o radio. Professional grounds keepers and ergonomists. Sadly, that may not be the case.
Most of the time, when they did come out, they didn't leave any indication they were there except for the yellow flag on the lawn. No sheet detailing what they did and what was applied, if we should water or not. Other times, I found this sheet of paper, but it was stuck in a bush or someplace else.
They state on their radio ad that they are known to move kids toys and pets toys. Nope.... our would just fertilize or spray weed control right over them or around them.
I complained once about all the oxalis in my yard. I never have had this. They said they came out and applied treatment, but nothing happened. Did they come back out in a week or two to at least look at the lawn (or at least call us to find out). No... we didn't see them all summer. I sent another message in again, and asked them about this, but I didn't hear anything back for a few days. My wife growing more upset just called in and cancelled the contract with them and went with someone else who is servicing most of our street (and their lawns look beautiful). Needless to say, even after she called and cancelled they came out the next day and applied something (again, we don't know because they didn't leave anything. And when she spoke to the manager about this, he wasn't sure what was applied either).
The shocking part was when she called to cancel the service they didn't even ask why. I know if this were my business, I would want to know why I was losing a customer so I could at least try and keep them, but also so I don't repeat the same problem with my other customers.
