  • Alyssa is a rock star with her customer service. We have never seen her before so she may be a new employee. From the moment we are helped, with our orders, she smiled, and listened to our requests, and made sure my name is spelled correctly on my coffee cup, not many people ask and when they do, I appreciate it. More importantly, my coffee was made the way I like it and Starbucks really do stand behind making our coffee or drink the way we like it. This is one of my favorite location and I am happy to return again and again..keep up the great customer service skills and training Starbucks!! BRAVO!!
