  • Not this location in particular, but this bank, as a whole, is the absolute worst lending institution I have ever done business with. Over the last 6 years, periodically, I have tried to acquire a loan here for properties, vehicles, business lines, and credit cards. Their interest rates are horrible, their loan terms are even worse, and their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I took out one credit card as I thought having a major bank back a line of credit would help for future credit. IT DOESN'T with this bank, don't bother. After 5 years, this week, they just reduced my credit line to 30% of what it was (this hurts your credit score significantly) although I had never missed a payment because "your other credit cards are too high". I run a business, it's called "revolving credit"! I tried to write several customer service emails in the past and their computer system won't even allow you to send the messages. Then you call and you stay on hold for several minutes before someone with no power to do anything about your situation tells you, "sorry, there's nothing I can do sir." I DO NOT recommend Wells Fargo for ANY loan product or account (They'll probably open a fraudulent one under your name anyways so be careful). If you want a big bank, I recommend US Bank (especially veterans and government works as accounts are completely free), otherwise, I recommend a credit union in town, such as Aloha Pacific or Silver States Schools. USAA and Navy Federal are the best for veterans and government employees.
