  • I reached out a month in advance and got Rich assigned to plan our party and I am four days away and I don't have a plan. This is after continuous pinging and reminding him. Don't get me wrong, Rich has good idea but when it comes to execution he vanishes and no response. Like this morning he said I'll send everything over and it's almost midnight and I am tired of refreshing my inbox in hope to see something from him. My recommendation is to avoid Rich or avoid this company all together, maybe.
