  • We went this morning in photo section request for passport size photo picture. The staff on duty that time a lady name Crystal not anticipate our needs and not like really interested what we need. She just pointed us in the computer, I think she is just heard "PICTURE" !!! She is rude and she is like not in the mood at that time because maybe she don't have yet breakfast or a cup of coffee that's why she look like she's not at work or she doesn't care her customers... Who cares???? Work is work.. apply customers service as per company policy... Poor service!
