  • I feel like Superior did a good job of installing our new counters, but I am giving my 3 star review for a few reasons: 1. Although I read the fine print to make sure I was aware of anything I needed to know, I do not recall seeing anywhere that faucets would not be installed. I saw the bit about making sure to have them on-site so holes were drilled correctly, but nothing anywhere about not actually installing them. So when the guys finished the counters at 6:30 PM, the night before we had a 6 AM flight, and only then told me that they don't install the faucets, so we were without a kitchen and bathroom sink. Thankfully we have a guest bathroom and was able to make do until we got home and I just installed the faucets and drains myself. If I could do it, I am not sure why they do not have their guys just do them and do a complete job. Either way, it should be made clear, that this is not part of the scope of work!! 2. The Contract Agreement was painful, literally, to the eyes to read. It was blurry and very squashed together, so it would fit on one page likely. Fix it! Make it neater and easier to read. People should be able to read this without taking an Advil after. 3. Communication. I felt like I was always the one trying to move forward. My contact was nice and responsive when I called, but I always had to call and follow up. Not only that, we were trying to get in before our trip, so I called on Friday to see about getting our finalized quote, which was emailed to me to execute, which I did and sent back that same night. On Monday, when I had not heard anything, I called and was told my sales guy was out of the office for that day. So he sent me final contract for executing, without telling me he would be out the following business day, knowing we were trying to get scheduled that week. Thankfully, the office staff is great and when I called, were able to get the paperwork and schedule me for the install. I have not heard back from my sales guy since that email also. Which leads me to... 4. Follow up. Where the heck is it?!!! What kind of company does a job and doesn't call the customer to make sure everything went OK?!! So, while I think the work done was decent, there were a lot of other areas that could use improvements. I would use them again, and I would recommend them, but I hope they read this review and make some improvements.
