| - Leon's occupies that space in the now murky middle where the items you buy here would be utilitarian needs rather than wants or decorative splurges. A new replacement fridge or mattress, or perhaps a cheaper rug, side chair or headboard for a secondary room.
Prices are fairly standard. Leon's is competitive with Lowe's and Home Depot, yet not quite with IKEA, which, while a pain to assemble, can have more flair. Leon's is much cheaper than Pottery Barn, Pier One, etc.
The challenge here is that sales are apparently commission-based. This is a fine model in some ways I am sure, but if you hesitate for a moment, a salesman will start following you around the entire place. I noticed this on my last visit and simply did not feel comfortable. I realize that if the first salesman doesn't pounce or stalk, the next one will.
