  • First let me state that if I could I would rate 0.2 stars aid would. The rooms are gross, the shower curtain which is supposed white is a yellow color, the ceiling has weird stains on it and it looks like it will collapse. He breakfast is lacking and well the fridge was different in every room. Our fridge smelled like cat pee. Ohh yah that was our second room because my parents were in the same hotel and they had bedbugs. So they took our room and we went to another room upstairs. The management went to inspect the room and saw nothing. Then we took a look and found it in 5 seconds. Also we went into the pool and it tasted like pee. Also I might be crazy but it bugs me when each room has inconsistently like every room had a different thermostat. Also we booked the room 12 months ago for spring training and requested 2 beds and poolside downstairs. We got none of this at first then we at least got bottom floor poolside. The management is terrible but the maintenance crew was great and the breakfast room people were ehh. I have photos.
