  • We used to love this Lowe's but recently had a bad experience. We tried finding a product and after asking one guy who had to ask a manager realized the item was out of stock. We asked if we could special order it, we were told no by one person and were told the item may be on tomorrow's truck and to call to check. We called and the item had not arrived, we then were told we could special order it (after being previously told we could not). We ordered the items and were told some should be in by weeks end. The end of the week came and no call so we called and they said they had not arrived and could not tell us when they would arrive. We then called customer care who called the store to see if she could get more info, she was told by the store the items were there. We called store again confirming and then headed to pick up only to be called back on our way there telling us no the items were not there! We ended up canceling the order. Nobody could seem to get things straight and it was multiple people who helped us. What a joke!
