rev:text	Don't let their availability fool you. This place is full of rude and inattentive staff, poor business practices and the lowest standard of care. On my first visit, they mixed up mine and another patients information, causing me a lot of concern and confusion and being told prescriptions were going to be called in for me, with near zero information on why. Along with many test that I had to do that also has no information on why other than "its routine", I had to contact them 3 times, and show up in person to requests these mystery prescriptions to actually be called into my pharmacy. At my last visit to pick up my medical records at this office I was informed that they mixed my records up and I didn't need any of the scripts, or some of the test. All this on top of getting no answers to any of my health questions at my first visit, and being treated like a child (being called sweet girl though out my appointment). I reviewed my medical records from MomDoc, and they were riddled with error, from the spelling of my name, so all the other information I filled out. My new dr has to disregard the entire record because there were to many errors to determine if it was even my information. I thought this was over, found a new dr I am happy with, and made sure everything was settled with MomDoc. A month later they sent me a bill for estimated care! Not the care I already received- but for future treatment. Their billing department always goes to a voice mail - for another company! There is no way to contact anyone about this erroneous and greedy invoice!
