  • If you are looking for a new vehicle I would suggest to look somewhere else. We had been doing negotiations over the phone and by emails with Leslie H and Scott G, after Leslie and Scott sent us the quote (in paper ) and tricked us into filling out the loan application and promised us to have the Jeep we wanted for the price they had said it turned out to be a lie. We went to the dealership to just sign papers, and when we were seating down in their financial office (small room that smelled so bad and the walls were all dirty), we noticed that they had raised the price way high than what the quote we had agree on. The financial guy had no customer service with us and told us we had to sign because there was nothing that he could do about it. I am so glad we walked away and went to a different dealership and bought the same Jeep we wanted for the price Scottsdale had "promised" Please safe your time and money, unless you want to give your business to an unethical dealership that brings in people with lies. I recommend you to visit Superstition Springs, they have the best customer service and they will tell you things how they are. I wish zero stars would be an option.
