  • I live on the west side and I thought on one scorching day when driving my wife's 2002 BMW that the transmission might be slipping. I took it to A to Z because a friend of mine referred me to them and I dropped it off in the morning. They were very helpful there and they called me in the afternoon and said they drove it for 8 miles and checked all of the codes and they could find nothing wrong with it. And best of all, no charge! I lucked out this time but I appreciate a business that is honest and didn't try to hit me up for something that I didn't need. That was a few weeks ago and everything is running great, thank goodness......I will go back there again for any auto repair I need as well because I really feel they know what they are doing.
