I am updating my comments on DHL Express Canada. I am changing my rating of a 1 out of 5 to a 3 out of 5.
Initial Service - 1 out of 5
Response Rate From Leadership - 5 out of 5
Overall - 3 out of 5 (FINAL UPDATE - I am a stickler for customer service and the fact that someone in a leadership function called me tonight to explain the situation was most appreciated - For that I am moving this ranking to a 4 out of 5)
We had issues receiving the package and were told to wait for a delivery on three days where the package never came. Finally, I was able to reach out to someone in a leadership position and they were very receptive and the next day we were contacted twice and our delivery arrived in the afternoon.
I can tell that the DHL leadership team cares about their service due to the quick response, so I have decided that I will give them another try in the future when I need express delivery. WIth that said, I hope the leadership team will take steps to improve their overall service quality from initial contact.
