1. The checkin wait time that everyone seems to experience is real.
2. My wife was repeatedly asked to attend a presentation we've attended TWICE this year already.
3. The next day someone called our room and proceeded to badger me about the same presentation despite no after no. She even went so far as to lie that I'd requested breakfast in an attempt to entice me. Please teach your sellers how to sell. The strong arm routine is a turn off.
4. We called to complain about the child running back and forth above us at 6 am and for two days in a row, absolutely nothing was done.
5. The elevators are the slowest I've ever seen anywhere and they have no air conditioning inside. In most places this is an inconvenience, in the desert it's a hazard.
6. After writing my issues on the Worldmark website a week ago, I was told I'd receive a call within 2 business days. I've heard nothing.
7. Had we stayed at this location initially, we absolutely would NOT have signed up.
8. After calling Worldmark to remedy the issue I was bounced from department to department for an HOUR before finally being placed on hold until my call was disconnected. So very disappointed with my membership and it hasn't even been six months.
