I'll make this simple and go straight to the complaint. My daughter uses an inhaler in emergencies, has for years. Switching doctors to this group, I understand they want to talk a bit about it. They insisted they show her how to use it, despite being told she already knows.
And then they charged $40 for this 'service'.
Going back for a follow up, they wanted to do it again, charged $15 and another $25 to process a questionnaire about her asthma, the result of which was simply, "she has it under control". Yeah. We know.
All of this "was required" and none of it is covered by insurance. What the hell?
