  • Always a wait, staff is not very attentive (by that I mean they're more focused on texting than who walks in the door), never willing to help you resolve any issues you might have, you literally have to badger with them to get any sort of assistance. But the worst part about this store is the turnover, it's difficult to hold a salesperson accountable when there are always new faces. Sprint service itself is fine, this branch just blows.
