  • I've been using this branch for almost 11 years. I make cash deposits all of the time. They want an ID to make cash deposits, which I get. Today I left my wallet in the car. They made me go out to the car I get it, but then when I brought it back in, he took another customer & I had to wait another 5 minutes. Really? I've been banking there FOR ELEVEN YEARS! You figure I could get a pass one time for not having my ID for a cash deposit. On top of that ... They made me to go WF for my SBA loan years ago. And one time they charged me $1 to get a roll of quarters. I'm so over Chase.
