Let me preface by saying that my husband and I are regulars at nervous dog. We love to shop and eat local in our communities, but after today's experience we will not be back again. As the usual, we ordered a cocoa mocha for myself and a large coffee with cream and sugar for my hubby. My mocha tasted like black coffee. They failed to add cream or sugar to my husband's drink. We have two kids under the age of 3 in our vehicle, getting ready to head off to the zoo. I took a taste and told my husband that there was not any flavoring of chocolate or Carmel that was listed in the ingredients list on the menu. My husband goes to take a sip of his coffee, and unfortunately his did not have cream or sugar. Okay, how do you mess up two drinks? I decide to ask them to remake the coffee. Both men working today mocked my facial expression after explaining to them that it didn't have any taste of cocoa or Carmel. Not cool. Not professional and sure as heck will not be back again! The barista told me that often times it just needs stirred-- and I honestly thought that they weren't going to make me a new one. So they look at me and again mock my facial expression and was very unprofessional. It's a shame. Save your money and go to dunkin or Starbucks.
