Management/Franchise owner failed to honour my birthday coupon from a location in California.
He was very rude to me and told me that if I'm not his customer, then he doesn't care.
Cool, because I won't care about your establishment either and I'll make sure to tell my colleagues, family and friends to avoid your particular franchise like the plague. Scratching my head at your lack of opportunity to make a valued, well paying customer.
