  • I was at Lucky's this past Friday with a group of friends. The music is great & atmosphere is fun. However, the bartenders are some of the worst I've seen. At the beginning of the night the bar was fairly empty still we had to stand around as staff chatted amongst themselves only to be helped when I'm assuming the manager/owner told one of them to come over. This continued throughout the night with most being slow, having an attitude, or being rude when told the drink order was wrong. I understand this is a new establishment but this aspect of their customer service needs to be improved.
