  • I called knowing what is the problem with my refrigerator I started to ask what the cost would be to fix and before I even finished the sentence automatically cut me off and told me it's $49 for them to come check it out. I just wanted to know the cost and labor on what I already know is wrong there is no need to check it out. They are basically trying to force their way into any transaction. Not the type of service one should deal with take your money elsewhere.
