  • I will never take my child (4 years old) back to this practice. They do not allow parents to be present during treatment or even watch from outside the door. Dr. Byrd has poor bedside manner and builds no rapport with both the parent or child. I have found another practice that allows parents to be present during treatment. I would encourage you to do the same.
