  • I would give fewer stars if I could. I am disgusted with their policy of putting non- sale items deliberately on racks marked with 40% signs. I am aware that customers may at times misplace items, however this was not the case here. When I told the clerk I had gotten the item from a sale rack ( which was clearly visible from the checkout counter with a big 40% off sign and several other of the identical items I desired to purchase hanging there) she said " that item is not on sale". She conceded that it was, in fact, hanging on a rack with a large sale sign, but stated " we like to mix the sale merchandise with the non sale merchandise so you have a selection' WHAT!?!?! This type of false advertising defies retail convention, and is misleading at best and flagrantly deceptive at worst. For shame Banana Republic!
