  • The dealership's prices are too steep for my now out-of-warranty car, so I gave this shop a chance. I'm so glad I did - they only use BMW parts, and since they work exclusively (?) on BMW's they are very knowledgeable about the cars - from what I can gather, as good as the dealer-trained people! Nick is exactly what I want out of a service technician - he's as knowledgeable about the car as the dealership, and I liked that he explained things to me, and even brought me into the garage to show me things instead of just being told. But, and this is important, he is not high pressure at all. He gave fair quotes over the phone (20% to 30% cheaper than the dealership), but didn't push for anything to be done other than what I asked. Lastly, it's nice that from the waiting room you can see into the 6-bay garage, so you can watch them work on your car. It shows me that they are careful with their workmanship and are trustworthy (nothing to hide). I will be back!
