I wanted to wait to write a review in hopes that the first experience I had was a fluke..... well it wasn't. I'm not sure if the workload is too much for this pharmacy or what but every aspect of dealing with this pharmacy is unpleasant. If you have a speciality prescription ( which I did) they don't make the medication until the day they know you're going to pick it up(which is fine). However, even after calling and speaking with a staff member for arranging a date for pick up it's still not ready and you have to wait. Your wait isn't 10 or 15 minutes it's 45. So, to save time I called in my prescription and was told I couldn't pick it up until the following week. Time frame isn't ideal but whatever. Since I know from past service that I can go there and it still not be ready I called two days in a row leaving messages asking if and when the medication would be available, and of course no one calls back. It's almost impossible to get someone on the phone for any bit of clarity so you're forced to go there and waste time and wait and wait and wait. This place is not close, so it would be nice to be able to call in and have it ready when it's suppose to be. They haven't grasped that concept like other places have. So just beware and prepare to fight to have your orders filled .
I think this place does TRY but maybe the workload is too heavy. My script is monthly... this month I did receive a text saying it was ready they even called and I arranged and paid for delivery. The gal on the phone was great and told me it would be delivered from 5-8 sadly no delivery. The worst part is I'm going to have to call in the morning and wait on hold in hopes I can get a someone on the line so I can go pick it up. The compounding scripts are great and actually work it's just hard getting them. I would recommend giving them a week or more to fill.
