  • Been going to this place since it opened, and they have declined steadily over time. Service, staff, security nazis, quality of ALL product, ect. Today, I was sold some Damaged shatter, and when I called to see if there was anything I could do... the front desk guy literally laughed at me, and told me the manager said I was SOL, and I should have checked the multiple sealed packages before I left the property. That is just one example of this place's "professionalism" Yeah, I will be going elsewhere from now on.
