  • Place opened by my office. Stopped in as sign said "Walk-ins" welcome and was told they would not have anything for 90 min. Put my name down and came back for a quick beard trim. Presented the $10 off coupon they dropped off at my office and was told it was for "Executive Hair Cuts only". When I indicated it says this nowhere on the coupon I was met with shoulder shrugs and told I could get a full price beard trim. Never even gave themselves a chance to earn my business. I won't be back.
