  • I have purchased a few items here but mainly order online. I recently ordered a MacBook online and chose in store pick up as it said it was available next day. I received a message that my items were ready so I went during my lunch break to retrieve the laptop and the USB adapter I also ordered. When I arrived I gave my information, presented my ID and best buy card I made the purchase with. The employee couldn't find any product for me so he sought out help. After 15 minutes he came back and handed me the USB adapter, no MacBook. I asked where it was and he said it was sent to a different address, my work one. I said I didn't set it up like that and my confirmation was for items to be sent to the store not one item. I can tell I had a better chance of getting more informative information from from the greeter outside so I just left. received my MacBook 2 days later. Definitely better to order online rather than visiting this store.
